1. About Our Trips

Outsiders Indy arranges and operates day-trip excursions departing from Indianapolis, Indiana. Trip itineraries, departure times, transportation methods, and included activities are described on each individual trip listing and are subject to change as outlined in Section 6.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our website and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an approved deposit.
• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise noted.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, processed securely through a PCI-compliant payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.
• A booking is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email/receipt from us.
• It is the guest's responsibility to review their confirmation for accuracy (date, trip name, number of guests) and notify us of any errors within 24 hours of booking.

3. Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and paid in full.
• Once your booking is confirmed, your price is locked in and will not increase due to standard price changes.
• Additional costs such as meals, souvenirs, optional activities, gratuities, or personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated in the trip description.

4. Eligibility & Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated departure location on time. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the trip with no refund.
• Certain trips may have age, health, mobility, or fitness requirements, which will be noted in the trip listing. It is the guest's responsibility to review these before booking.
• Guests are responsible for bringing any required identification, travel documents, appropriate clothing, and personal medications.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest from a trip, without refund, whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, intoxicated, or harmful to themselves, other guests, or staff.

5. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

• Participation in outdoor activities, transportation, and excursions carries inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.
• Guests with medical conditions, mobility limitations, or dietary restrictions should notify us at the time of booking so we can advise on trip suitability.
• We strongly recommend guests carry any necessary medications and consult a physician before participating in physically demanding excursions.
• Outsiders Indy is not a medical provider and assumes no responsibility for pre-existing medical conditions.

6. Itinerary Changes

• Itineraries, stops, activities, and timing are subject to change due to weather, road conditions, venue availability, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify guests of significant changes in advance, but last-minute changes made for safety or logistical reasons may occur without prior notice.
• Substitute activities or stops of comparable value may be offered in place of an unavailable stop.

7. Minimum Participant Requirements

• Some trips require a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the trip, and guests will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook another date.

8. Liability & Limitation of Liability

• Outsiders Indy acts as an organizer and, in some cases, an intermediary between guests and third-party vendors (e.g., restaurants, attractions, transportation providers). We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of independent third-party vendors.
• To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, Outsiders Indy, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from participation in our trips, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Guests may be required to sign a separate liability waiver/release prior to trip departure.

9. Travel Insurance

• We recommend that all guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. Outsiders Indy does not provide insurance coverage for guests.

10. Photography & Media

• By participating in a trip, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes (social media, website, marketing materials) unless you notify us in writing prior to the trip that you do not wish to be included.

11. Weather & Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, strikes, or acts of God.
• In such cases, we will work with guests to reschedule or provide credit where possible, per our Cancellation Policy below.

12. Privacy

• Personal information collected during booking is used solely for trip administration and communication purposes and will not be sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.

14. Changes to These Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
